The
building has already been constructed (see current built view photo attached).
I am looking for cost effective ideas to improving the finishing. (Make it look
better but not cost a high amount).



The
elevation looks too boring. I want to improve the facade and elevation using
colors, awnings, change balcony railings, etc. while keeping it cost effective



Please refer to the attached drawings and let me know with any
questions. Please provide an estimated hourly rate as well as estimated number
of hours required.
